3 Steps for Meditation

1. Concentrate on the object through mindfulness.

2. Analyze the object through holistic view with intelligence and experience.

3. Be convinced of your analysis for your practice and familiarization.

* If your mind is transformed from negative to positive,
  your action, habit, personality and destiny will change from negative to positive.
