Insight of interbeing and non-duality

Watch deeply the following video of Dharma talk by Thay Phap Dang about "The Jewels of Plum Village".

Quote:
(54:00) Insight of interbeing
If you hate someone, it means you hate yourself. Interbeing, interconnectedness. Your suffering is his suffering. Your smile is her smile. So, if you want to punish him, you punish yourself. ... So, insight of interbeing is so crucial. Because usually we attach our ego. So, we forgot about the insight of interbeing, interconnectedness. We are relating, we are connected in the level of human being but also in the level of nature of life.

So, the insight of interbeing means that you are not yourself (alone). So, actually it is the insight of "no self". It's very important teaching of the Buddha. ... And not a separate existence. Interbeing is like that. You are not alone. You can not be alone. ... So, interbeing, interconnectedness is like that. You concern for other people because you are not alone, you can not be alone.

(1:01:47) Insight of non-duality
(1:03:26) One of the teachings of the Buddha says that there is two views, double views (?) that you are different from him. You are the perceiver and he is the object of your perceiving and different. It means double views. If we are caught in that, we have problems right away. You begin to judge him. You put him in box. Whether a good monk or a bad monk, you know. We already have problems, can not live together.

So, we have to transcend this double views; I'm different from you. I'm judging you. I am a judge and you become the object of my judging. And that's called non-duality, non-discrimination. You are a pack of my mind. You are the object of my mind. And if I don't change my mind, I can not change you. So, if you don't like someone in the sangha, you change your mind. If there is anybody you don't like in the sangha, you have to change your mind. Non-duality. And the same thing is suffering and happiness. You don't throw away suffering in order to run after happiness. Sufferings make happiness. It's just like garbage make flowers.

Non-duality means no clinging to whatsoever, even enlightenment or happiness.  ... And we will be free from double grasping. Buddha said, called the need to remove that double grasping. We always have that double grasping. And its very deep down, it's controlled by the ego. So, the ego in the back, it's doing all of these judging, discriminating. You see it's very powerful. And very powerful insight (of non-duality), it helps to remove the total of all sufferings. Non-duality. I am you. I am my father. I am my teacher.

Insight of non-duality and compassion

Listen deeply to the following Dharma talk by Thay Phap Dang about the insight of non-duality and compassion.
http://deerpark.libsyn.com/2017-04-16-thay-phap-dang?tdest_id=113448

Quote:
(50:15)
I don't react to the anger.
(50:35)
So, if we have an insight, we know how to act. We can endure the violence. We can take the physical pain so that the brother, that man can release some of his violence. And that is called the insight of non-duality. ... So, non-duality trains the energy of compassion. And that's what we need in our society. If somebody kills you, use compassion. Because if not, we will suffer a lot, and somebody (will suffer a lot). So, what we need is actually compassion, the energy of compassion. ... Remember the thresholds to go into the heavenly land and to experience peace, happiness and also compassion. Only compassion can deal with this society full of suffering and the violence.
:Unquote

(My commentary)
Insight of non-duality means understanding the ultimate truth of emptiness (empty of separate existence), interbeing, or the wholeness. So, when we attain insight of non-duality, there will be no separation, no discrimination. I am you and you are me. Your suffering is my suffering and your happiness is my happiness. This insight generates compassion which brings about peace and happiness

Pure Land of the Present Moment

Read deeply the following discourse by the Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh regarding the Pure Land of the Present Moment.
https://www.lionsroar.com/in-the-pure-land-of-the-present-moment/

(My question to Thay)
At the beginning, Thay said, "There is indeed a place like that, called the Pure Land of the Present Moment. That land is not limited in space or time. Speaking in Buddhist terminology, that land is outside of space and time."

At the end, Thay said, "Therefore, if we practice mindful breathing and mindful walking, we can return to the Pure Land of the Present Moment in that very space and time."

So, that very space and time must be outside of space and time. Thay said, "Speaking in terminology of quantum physics, it is nonlocal and nontemporal." So, the Pure Land of the Present Moment must be in the noumenal world, not in the phenomenal world.

In this sense, I understand that our body can't dwell in the Pure Land of the Present Moment but only awareness (awakened consciousness) can dwell in the Pure Land of the Present Moment.

I have a question to Thay. Can there be notions such as suffering and happiness in the Pure Land of the Present Moment? I understand that in the noumenal world (the ultimate dimension, nirvana) there are no notions. That's because the extinction of all notions is nirvana, as Thay taught us.

(Steps for dwelling in the Pure Land)
I understand that only if we can stop thinking, we can dwell in the Pure Land. And the steps for dwelling in the Pure Land 24 hours a day will be:
(1) conscious breathing, (for temporary enlightenment)
(2) insight of the root cause of suffering, (for long-lasting enlightenment)
(3) the extinction of all notions. (for full enlightenment)

My question to Thich Nhat Hanh

Please refer to my following post to Thay's Facebook page.
https://www.facebook.com/thichnhathanh/posts/10154349910279635?comment_id=10154350854029635&notif_t=like&notif_id=1480597439075147
Recently I feel that there is a contradiction in Thay's teaching. My question is "How can those who have fear and anxiety return to true self?" I want to ask this question because my understanding of Thay's teaching is based on the following flow (1) and my experience is based on the following flow (2).

(1) mindfulness = stop thinking ⇒ concentration = deep looking ⇒ insight = understanding the root cause ⇒ generate love and compassion ⇒ transformation

(2) understanding the root cause = insight ⇒ unconditional self-acceptance = unconditional self-love ⇒ no fear and insecurity ⇒ non-thinking ⇒ mindfulness

To summarize the above two flows,
(1) Mindfulness (to stop thinking) is essential to understand the root cause of our suffering.
(2) Understanding the root cause is essential to stop thinking (mindfulness).

The following is my post.
Quote:
How can those who have fear and anxiety return to true self? They can't stop thinking even though they try conscious breathing or walking unless they understand the root cause of their fear and anxiety. To recognize suffering, embrace it, relieve it and look deeply into it, we need to stop thinking first.

Who observes the thoughts (brain)? I understand that's awareness (awakened consciousness). Only if we can stop thinking (stop using our brain), awareness revives. Awareness has just been covered up by ego (separate self). This is my experience. So, I am convinced that brain (maybe left cerebral hemisphere) can stop thinking. In other words, human beings can just bloom like a flower without thinking. Without thinking, awareness always attains insight

My answer to my above question is as follows: We need to be fed up with our suffering and strongly want to change ourselves. Then we will have more chance to attain insight of the root cause of suffering. Once we attain the insight, we can accept ourselves unconditionally and stop thinking because we have no fear and insecurity anymore. So, conscious breathing or walking doesn't work for those who have fear and insecurity to stop thinking and to be mindful.

Unconditional self-acceptance is the key. For that, we need to understand the root cause of our suffering through insight. And for the insight, we need to be mindful and concentrated. However, those who have fear and insecurity can't stop thinking through conscious breathing and walking to be mindful. And the truth is that most people think, which is a proof of having fear and insecurity. In this sense, it can be said that mindfulness can't be attained through conscious breathing and walking only.

I hope that Thay will answer to my important question. This is not for myself because I understood the root cause of my suffering through insight before starting to learn and practice Thay's teaching. Thay's answer will benefit a lot of Thay's followers and practitioners.

We, as humans on this planet, can exist without thought if we revive awareness (non-separate self, true self). I (awareness) am experiencing it 24 hours a day. In other words, I am stopping and meditating 24 hours a day. I am sure that fully enlightened people like Thay must be also experiencing the same thing. And you may not believe it but you revive awareness during your deep sleep state because you can't think. Furthermore, all animals, plants and minerals are always awareness because they don't think.

That "if" is a big IF because it means self-transformation from separate self to non-separate self. The extinction of all notions is essential for the full enlightenment. For that, we need to understand that all notions (thoughts) are wrong through the ultimate truth of emptiness (interbeing, non-separation, non-discrimination, non-duality, wholeness)

Simply speaking, you may think too much. Who thinks? It is not true self. It is ego (fake self) who was made up by your wounded inner child (true self in babyhood) for self protection from your parents. So, you need to find out what happened in your babyhood. That is the root cause of your fear and insecurity. Through insight, I saw everything in a flash and understood the root cause. "No wonder!" was my first impression.
:Unquote

(My commentary)
My answer to my above question is as follows:
Intention: being fed up with our suffering and strongly want to change ourselves
Determination: self-transformation
Insight: understanding the root cause of our suffering
Unconditional self-acceptance = Unconditional self-love
No afflictions: no fear and insecurity
Non-thinking: stopping thinking
Mindfulness, Concentration, Insight

Unconditional self-acceptance is the foundation for mindfulness. Without unconditional self-acceptance, mindfulness is not possible because we can't stop thinking. No unconditional self-acceptance, no mindfulness. For unconditional self-acceptance, we need to understand the root cause of our suffering through insight. Once we attain insight of the root cause of our suffering, we can stop thinking because we have no fear and insecurity anymore. So, the fruit of understanding the root cause of our suffering is mindfulness. Mindfulness can't be attained through conscious breathing or walking only. For understanding the root cause of our suffering, we need to be fed up with our suffering and strongly want to change ourselves.

Who is Trump?

Read deeply the following interview article regarding President-elect Donald Trump. http://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2016/11/22/13638374/buddhist-monk-mindfulness
The followings are key phrases excerpted from the article.

Quote:
We see the mind like a house, so if your house is on fire, you need to take care of the fire, not to go look for the person that made the fire. Take care of those emotions first; it’s the priority. Because anything that comes from a place of fear and anxiety and anger will only make the fire worse. Come back and find a place of calm and peace to cool the flame of emotion down.

As a collective energy, fear and anger can be very destructive. We make the wrong decisions if we base it on fear, anger, and wrong perception. Those emotions cloud our mind. So the first thing in the practice that we learn from the Buddhist tradition is to come back and take care of our emotion. We use the mindfulness to recognize it.

People are so convinced that anger and all this energy will produce change. But in fact it’s very destructive, because you’re opposing. Opposition wastes energy. It’s not healing.

In a way, we Buddhists look more at energy than personality. That helps us be wiser.

Compassion is not sitting in your room; it’s actually very active and engaging.

We produced Trump, so we are co-responsible. Our culture, our society, made him. ... We have to see him inside of us.

You cannot end discrimination by calling the other names. All the people who voted for him are not bigots and racists and women haters. We are all judgmental, sometimes even a bit racist.

Our society is very vulnerable to being very polarized and that’s what the media is taking advantage of. We have to be really careful. ... I’m not fooled by the media anymore.

I was child in Vietnam. I lived with this stuff, a divided system like this. They divided us, they called us north and south. All we wanted was independence and to determine our own livelihood. We think democracy is the highest thing; it is not democracy, come on. We impose it on others and create division.

Go take refuge in nature, and find a cause where your heart doesn’t feel inactive and in despair. This is the medicine.

Don’t allow hate and anger to take over your world.

You can only be there to offer them that kindness if you are stable. You cannot help them if you are filled with hate and fear. What people need is your non-fear, your stability, solidity, clarity. This is what we can offer.

Our minds and hearts need food. And meditation is a kind of food. So we feed ourselves like that. You need to eat, and your peace, kindness, clarity need to eat as well. Meditation is not just praying; no, you’re cultivating this so you can offer it to others.

When you sit with someone who’s calm, you can become calm. If you sit with someone who’s agitated and hateful, you can become agitated and hateful.

Meditation is not an esoteric practice; it’s not something you do only in a meditation hall or Buddhist retreat center. It can happen right in whatever activity you’re doing — while walking, in the office. It means you are there, present with calm and peace.

With a breath, you can bring calm, clarity and rest your thinking.

When we engage with worldly politics, we try not to take sides. It’s easy to choose a side, but as Buddhist practitioners we try to have more inclusiveness to intervene.

With meditation we learn to touch our own deep suffering.

Stopping is a requirement before deep listening.

When there is discrimination, you can use the opportunity to increase understanding. ... You have to find also the good qualities in them. Don’t focus on wrong views because that makes you angry.

Only when you can be a good listener and be nonjudgmental, is a dialogue possible.

I heard that he took his left hand; he went like this (opens palm). You can interpret that all you want. (I understand that Thay's message is "Just bloom like a lotus flower without thinking".) ... He is totally aware of it, but his mind is in trying to recover and heal and be present with his community than with political things.

The future is built with the present moment and how we take care of it. If you are fearful, the future will be fearful. If you are uncooperative, the future will be divisive. This is very important.

The future is not something that will come to us; the future is built by us, by how we speak and what we do in the present moment.
:Unquote

(My commentary)
If you blame Trump, you are Trump. That's because the way you see depends on the way you think. You are actually seeing yourself through Trump as a mirror. What you see is the object of your mind, namely your mind. So, you are actually blaming yourself. You have to reflect on yourself a lot. If you accept yourself unconditionally, you don't need to criticize others. Instead, you can accept all unconditionally. Non-separation, non-discrimination, non-duality, or the wholeness is the ultimate truth.

Emptiness and the Heart Sutra (2)

Please refer to my following blog on Oct. 9.
http://compassion5151.blogspot.jp/2016/10/emptiness-and-heart-sutra.html
I mentioned as follows:
Quote:
In the Heart Sutra, the following 4 lines are very famous.

Form is no other than emptiness.
Emptiness is no other than form.
Form is namely emptiness.
Emptiness is namely form.

But I feel that the following 4 lines are missing before the above 4 lines.

This is because that is.
Form is because space is.
Space is because form is.
Therefore,

So, it's better to replace emptiness with space as below to make it easier to understand.

Form is no other than space.
Space is no other than form.
Form is namely space.
Space is namely form.
:Unquote

The above is the ultimate truth in the phenomenal world, or the historical dimension. It has nothing to do with the noumenal world, or the ultimate dimension. Now I feel that the famous 4 lines in the Heart Sutra also explain the relation between the phenomenal world and the noumenal world as follows.

The phenomenal world is because the noumenal world is.
The noumenal world is because the phenomenal world is.
That's because the noumenal world unfolds into the phenomenal world (The phenomenal world is made of the noumenal world),
and the phenomenal world enfolds into the noumenal world (The noumenal world is made of the phenomenal world).

So, it's possible to replace form with the phenomenal world and to replace emptiness with the noumenal world in order to express the relation between the phenomenal world and the noumenal world as below.

The phenomenal world is no other than the noumenal world.
The noumenal world is no other than the phenomenal world.
The phenomenal world is namely the noumenal world.
The noumenal world is namely the phenomenal world.

The phenomenal world means this world, and the noumenal world means nirvana. So, finally the famous 4 lines in the Heart Sutra can be read as follows:

This world is no other than nirvana.
Nirvana is no other than this world.
This world is namely nirvana.
Nirvana is namely this world.

But there is "a big if" to be able to read the famous 4 lines in the Heart Sutra as above. Only if we revive awareness, or true self (non-separate self), we can really understand the true meaning of the famous 4 lines in the Heart Sutra. That's because only awareness can dwell in this world (the phenomenal world) and nirvana (the noumenal world) at the same time by transcending space and time. Those who are ego, or separate self can never understand the true meaning because they live only in the phenomenal world. Furthermore, the famous 4 lines in the Heart Sutra could be translated as follows:

Body is no other than alaya.
Alaya is no other than body.
Body is namely alaya.
Alaya is namely body.

Dualistic notions and The three doors of liberation (2)

Read deeply the following article regarding The Doors of Liberation by Thich Nhat Hanh.
http://www.lionsroar.com/the-doors-of-liberation-may-2014/
The followings are key phrases.

Quote:
2. Signlessness (Formlessness)
A sign marks the appearance of something, its form. We recognize things based on their sign, but we are often fooled by the outer form of things. The Buddha said, “Where there is a sign, there is deception.

It’s impossible to pass from being into nonbeing. Your beloved one is still somewhere there. If you have the wisdom of signlessness, you can still recognize your beloved one in her new forms.

We are not only the body, thoughts, and feelings we have right now. Every thought, word, and action we produce continues after our bodies have disintegrated. We don’t need to worry about no longer existing. Our forms change, but nothing is lost.

3. Aimlessness
Aimlessness means you don’t put anything in front of you as the object of your pursuit. What you are looking for is not outside of you; it is already here. You already are what you want to become. Concentrating on aimlessness releases your longing and craving for something in the future and elsewhere.

You may be running all your life instead of living it. You may be running after happiness, love, romance, success, or enlightenment. Concentrating on aimlessness consists of removing the object of your pursuit, your goal.

This insight helps you stop running. Only when you stop running can you get the fulfillment and happiness you have been looking for. ... You are the manifestation of the cosmos. You are wonderful just like that.

We are taught to think that if we are aimless, we won’t get anywhere. But where are we going? We think we are born and we have to achieve something before we die. ... Even before the moment of conception, the seeds of the child existed in other forms. Point B is a moment of continuation. There is no beginning.

We believe that at birth we passed from nonbeing into being, and we believe that at death we will pass from being back into non- being. Looking deeply into our notions of being and nonbeing, aware of the emptiness and signlessness of all things, we touch the reality of the birthless and deathless nature of all things.

When we walk through the doors of liberation, we extinguish all notions. There is no longer any need for fear. If the wave knows how to rest in the water, she enjoys going up and she enjoys going down. She’s not afraid of being and nonbeing. She’s not afraid of coming and going. She is capable of touching the ocean in herself. The three doors of liberation remind us that we are no different than the wave: empty, signless, and able to touch the ultimate inherent in us at any moment.
:Unquote

(My commentary)
"touching the ocean" means to touch the whole cosmos, awareness, non-separate self, or true self. And the wave is liken to ego, separate self, or fake self. All we need is to transform ourselves from ego to awareness. In other words, All we need is to revive awareness in us. I understand that the best method is mindfulness. But I find so many fake mindfulness in the world. Right Mindfulness must enable us to stop thinking. You can check your mindfulness teacher by asking, "Do you think?". If your teacher answers "Yes", s/he is a fake mindfulness teacher. If your teacher is a true mindfulness teacher, s/he must answer, "No, I attain insight without thinking."

Emptiness and the Heart Sutra

In the Heart Sutra, the following 4 lines are very famous.

Form is no other than emptiness.
Emptiness is no other than form.
Form is namely emptiness.
Emptiness is namely form.

But I feel that the following 4 lines are missing before the above 4 lines.

This is because that is.
Form is because space is.
Space is because form is.
Therefore,

So, it's better to replace emptiness with space as below to make it easier to understand.

Form is no other than space.
Space is no other than form.
Form is namely space.
Space is namely form.

The Buddha taught the formula of the ultimate truth of non-separation, non-discrimination, or the non-duality. Simply speaking, the Buddha's formula is that because A = non-A = B, A can exist. To the contrary, the formula of the conventional truth based on the duality is that because A ≠ non-A ≠ B, A can exist.

In other word, the Buddha's understanding is that all pairs of opposites in this phenomenal world are the two sides of the same coin. The followings are examples.

Light is because darkness is.
Right is because left is.
Above is because below is.
Birth is because death is.
Being is because nonbeing is.
Coming is because going is.
Beginning is because end is.
Sameness is because otherness is.
Happiness is because suffering is.
This is because that is.
A is because B is.
A is not possible without B.
A is made of non-A elements (= B).

A and B are all notions made up by human ego for self-protection. And all notions cause separation, discrimination, or the duality. That's why afflictions arise and people suffer. In this sense, all sufferings which arise from ignorance of human ego are our own creation. Therefore, we need to throw away all notions. When the extinction of all notions is attained, or when the duality is transcended and the non-duality is attained, we reach nirvana. So, emptiness is nothing but a skillful means to transcend the duality and attain non-duality. There is not separation, or discrimination anymore. But we must not forget to throw away the notion of emptiness upon attainment.

Dualistic notions and The three doors of liberation (1)

Read deeply the following article regarding The Doors of Liberation by Thich Nhat Hanh.
http://www.lionsroar.com/the-doors-of-liberation-may-2014/
The followings are key phrases.

Quote:
Dualistic notions, such as birth and death, being and nonbeing, sameness and otherness, coming and going, are the foundation of all afflictions. Meditating on the three doors of liberation helps us throw away these notions.

The three doors of liberation, which are taught in every Buddhist tradition, are emptiness, signlessness, and aimlessness. Contemplating these three profound truths can help liberate us from fear and suffering. They are our doorways to freedom.

Living mindfully and with concentration, we see a deeper reality and are able to witness impermanence without fear, anger, or despair.

Nirvana is available to us right now. Emptiness, signlessness, and aimlessness are called the three doors of liberation because if we meditate on them, they will liberate us from all kinds of discriminative thinking so we can touch our true nature.

1. Emptiness
Emptiness is not a philosophy; it is a description of reality.

Emptiness is always emptiness of something, just as consciousness is always consciousness of something.

The grass, the flower, everything inside us and around us, and we ourselves are only empty of one thing: a separate independent existence.

The simplest description of emptiness in the Buddhist teachings is this sentence: This is because that is. A flower cannot exist by itself alone. To be can only mean to inter-be. To be by oneself alone is impossible.

Looking in this way, we begin to see that everything has the nature of emptiness. Sometimes that nature of emptiness is called nonself

When we think something, we are those thoughts. We and our thoughts are not separate. When we say something, those words are us; there’s no speaker outside of the words. When we do something, our action is us. There’s no actor outside of the action.

A buddha is made only of non-buddha elements, just as I am made only of non-me elements.

Communication is perfect when we can understand that the one who bows and the one who is bowed to are both empty. This is meditation.

If we can’t understand how that child could possibly act a certain way, it’s helpful to remember that the child doesn’t have a separate self.

When we can see those around us with this understanding, instead of with anger and attachment, we enjoy the fruit of the contemplation on emptiness.
:Unquote

(My commentary)
All notions cause separation, discrimination, or the duality. That's why afflictions arise and people suffer. All notions are equal to all ideas, thoughts, perceptions, views, beliefs, words, languages, ...etc. All of them are made up by human ego for self-protection. But the truth is that if we separate ourselves from others, we suffer. So, they are rather self-destructive. That's why the Buddha taught emptiness which enables us to stop separation, discrimination, or the duality

Deep message

Listen deeply the following Podcast from 0:00 to 2:05.
http://tnhaudio.org/2013/11/16/horse-technology/
The following is the excerpt from the Podcast.

Quote:
( A half sound + 3-full sound of the bell)

"The sangha is invited to come back to our breathing so that our collective energy of mindfulness will bring us together as an organism, going as a river, with no more separation, that the whole sangha breathe as one body, chant as one body, listen as one body, transcending the boundaries of a delusive self, liberating from the superiority complex, the inferiority complex and equality complex."

:Unquote

(My commentary)
1. "The sangha is invited to come back to our breathing"

"come back to our breathing" means "focus our attention on our in-breath and our out-breath and stop the thinking" in order to go home to ourselves. So, our breathing is ourselves. In other words, ourselves means awareness (awakened consciousness), non-separate self, true self, the whole cosmos, the Buddha, or God.

2. "so that our collective energy of mindfulness will bring us together as an organism,"

Our collective energy of mindfulness can be generated only if we go home to ourselves. That collective energy of mindfulness has a very strong power to heal and nourish. That's why we can become one organism. Each of us is not a separate self anymore. We are a non-separate self as the whole cosmos.

3. "going as a river,"

A drop of water is very different from a river. That's because though a drop of water may evaporatea river can reach the ocean without evaporating. That's why we need to go as a river. A river means a sangha (community for the practice).

4. "with no more separation,"

Separation means a drop of water, or a separate self. Non-separation means a river, or a non-separate self. Separation, discrimination, or the duality is the source of afflictions and sufferings.

5. "that the whole sangha breathe as one body, chant as one body, listen as one body,"

One body means the Dharma body, the cosmic body, or the whole cosmos. When each one of us returns to a non-separate self, we can become one body. There is no more separation as one body. Doing everything as one body can create the harmony and the power because everything is positive.

6. "transcending the boundaries of a delusive self,"

A delusive self means a separate self, or ego. Ego separates oneself from others for self-protection. That boundaries are not necessary anymore because each one of us is accepted unconditionally without separations. That's why we can transcend that boundaries.

7. "liberating from the superiority complex, the inferiority complex and equality complex."

Ego has a wrong view that is "I am special and separate". It causes the superiority complex, the inferiority complex and equality complex. Once we transcend that boundaries, we will be liberated and attain freedom. At this stage, we can become a part-time Buddha.

(My message and request)
All kinds of violence such as a war, a terrorism and killing, are caused by separation, or discrimination of human ego. So, egoistic, arrogant and greedy politicians, terrorists and killers need to be transformed from ego to awareness for the world peace and happiness. Thay has been contributing to teach and help such people transform for more than 70 years like the Buddha. Now I want to continue Thay by doing the same thing for the same purpose without using any religions, without belonging to any religious institutions. To change the world for the better, we need to change ourselves because everything is our own creation. Nurturing more Buddhas (enlightened persons) will be the only solution. So, I want to start from nurturing one more Buddha through secular education based on my experience and practice.
If you agree with my vision, your financial support will be highly appreciated. Please send me your e-mail (to: compassion5155@gmail.com) if you have some proposals or questions. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
