Self-love 自己愛

Very painful ego appears all of a sudden unconsciously and repeatedly. Even though we are aware that ego is the source of sufferings and that unconditional love and compassion is the source of happiness, ego appears. 

How can we cope with ego? First of all, self-love is critical. Developing unconditional love and compassion to others is the next step.
