What is meditation?


  • The purpose of meditation is to transform mind.
  • The best method to deal with emotions is meditation.
  • There are 2 types of meditations, single-pointed meditation and analytic meditation.
  • The purpose of single-pointed meditation is 'concentration' to mobilize the energy of mind.
  • The purpose of analytic meditation is critical 'analysis' to collect information and see the reality.
  • To transform emotions, not only single-pointed meditation but also reasoning and conviction 
  • by analytic meditation, is effective.
  • Once we come to conviction, we will be able to transform emotions through our pledge.
